Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process:

Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable goods such as fresh food and beverages are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order without any charges.
- After 1 hour, the order processing begins, and cancellation may not be possible.

Delivery Policy
ORGADO TRADING CO LLC is committed to delivering your products in the fastest and most efficient manner.
Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery Charges:
- رسوم التوصيل العادي ٢٠ درهماً لكل طلب. يتوفر التوصيل المجاني للطلبات العادية المؤهلة بقيمة ٥٠٠ درهم أو أكثر قبل خصم القسائم. وتُطبق على طلبات هدايا دكسي رسوم توصيل منفصلة قدرها ٢٠ درهماً. تظهر خيارات التوصيل المتاحة والمبلغ الإجمالي عند إتمام الطلب.
Delivery Area:
- نوفر التوصيل إلى العناوين المؤهلة داخل الإمارات. أدخل عنوانك عند إتمام الطلب للاطلاع على خيارات التوصيل المتاحة. ويُرجى التواصل معنا إذا كنت بحاجة إلى توضيح بشأن عنوانك أو متطلبات توصيل أحد المنتجات.
Failed Delivery:
- If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information provided by you, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.
