  • Perishable goods such as fresh food and beverages are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order without any charges.
  • After 1 hour, the order processing begins, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may still return the item under our Return Policy.

Delivery Policy

ORGADO TRADING CO LLC is committed to delivering your products in the fastest and most efficient manner.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 working days after confirmation. For delivery questions or products requiring special handling, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery is AED20 per order. Eligible ordinary orders qualify for free delivery from AED500 before coupon discounts. Dixi gift orders have a separate AED20 delivery charge. The applicable delivery options and total are shown at checkout.

Delivery Area:

  • We offer delivery to eligible addresses in the UAE. Enter your address at checkout to see available delivery options. Please contact us if your address or a product’s delivery requirements need clarification.

Failed Delivery:

  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information provided by you, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.
