Standard delivery is AED 20 per order. Eligible ordinary orders from AED 500 before coupon discounts qualify for free delivery. Dixi gift orders have a separate AED 20 delivery fee. Confirm your address and total at checkout.
Where can you deliver?
Enter your UAE address at checkout to see available delivery options. For an area or product needing special handling, contact us before ordering.
How do I check an existing order?
If you ordered using an account, open My account to see your orders. If you checked out as a guest, use the order details in your confirmation email when contacting us.
Can I write my own Dixi gift message?
Yes. Write your own message on the Dixi gift page and choose delivery to yourself or the recipient. The digital card is separate from the standard product carton. For cash on delivery, the person receiving the delivery pays.
What if I need a return or cancellation?
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligibility depends on the product and circumstances. Read the current returns and refund policy for the applicable conditions.
